The cards describe the intended packaging of capabilities already present in the product; no plan will renew and no subscription payment will be taken until billing is enabled and you have accepted the exact VAT-inclusive total, renewal date and organiser terms.

Pricing questions

What is included in Free?

While FormSide is in beta, Free has no limit on live camps or team members. You get the public camp page, your own booking form, capacity and waitlist tools, bank-transfer references and status tracking, booking exports and confirmation emails — the same booking engine as every paid plan. We will give notice before the beta ends, and nothing you have already published will be taken down.

What counts as a live camp?

A published camp that families can currently view or book. Drafts and archived camps do not count, so you can build next season while this season is running.

Does FormSide charge per booking?

No. There is no FormSide percentage and no per-booking fee on any plan. Card payments go directly into your own Stripe account, so Stripe's processing fees are charged by Stripe at their published rates — FormSide never takes a cut of what you take.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Create a workspace on Free, publish a camp and take your first booking without entering any payment details. Free is unlimited while FormSide is in beta, so there is nothing to move up to yet.

Can I cancel a monthly plan?

Yes. Cancel before the next renewal and the plan stays available to the end of the month you have paid for. Annual terms run to the end of the paid year. Your camps, bookings and records stay yours throughout.

Is VAT included?

Prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding tax. Stripe works out the VAT or sales tax for your location at checkout and shows the exact total before you confirm. If your organisation has a VAT number you can enter it there, and reverse charge is applied where it qualifies.
